Our offer

Our test offer (valid until December 31, 2021) includes operation, support and troubleshooting of five database instances on-premises or in the cloud (Azure, OCI, AWS) with a term of 3 to 6 months. Mixed forms regarding infrastructure and/or technologies (Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Postgres) are also feasible without any problems.

The following parameters apply:

A hotline from 08.00 to 18.00 on working days
1 hour response time from Trivadis specialists
Error diagnosis via remote access
12 hours for database operations per month (included)

You get all this for a one-off introductory price:

Euro 399.- per week / Euro 1'596.- per month
CHF 449.- per week / CHF 1'796.- per month

Please note that monitoring is not included in the offer.

If your requirements differ from the scope of services described, we can of course adjust or extend the parameters according to your needs (service times, number of hours), number of databases or additional service objects such as middleware, applications, etc.).

By the way: If you book our test offer until December 31, 2021, you will receive a price reduction on the subsequent contract!
