What you can expect

• You are systematically trained in the service processes and acquire theoretical knowledge through courses and self-study.
• We give you the opportunity to apply what you have learned in practice at our customers' sites with the support of the team.

• In the Service Center, you take on tasks independently and coordinate the activities of your colleagues in the environment of our customers.

What you bring to the table

• You have a solid IT education or relevant work experience in the IT field, or you have similar training or knowledge in the IT environment.
• You want to continuously develop yourself both technically and personally and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
• Customer orientation is not a foreign word to you, and you are flexible as well as communicative.
• You enjoy providing technical support to customers over the phone.
• In addition to very good German skills, you also have knowledge of English and/or French.
