Blended IT learning – for measurable training success
For IT enterprises, providing ongoing training for employees is particularly important. There is an increasing emphasis on the benefits, quality, effectiveness and measurable success when selecting a training organization. Blended IT learning is our method for achieving these objectives, enabling Trivadis to convey its expertise systematically, efficiently and in the appropriate form. On the basis of a joint analysis of training and educational requirements, we put together different training measures to create a training path. In a pilot project your employees can apply what they have learnt directly, supported by an experienced specialist. Clear training paths
As well as customized training concepts, we also have a range of standardized training paths, which will prepare you to take on a specific role within your organization. These have been developed by our specialists in collaboration with manufacturers and private sector companies. They are constantly being refined and adapted to the changing circumstances. The clearly structured paths indicate the stages involved in achieving a specific specialized role.
The different phases
- We start by analyzing the existing level of expertise and defining the objectives and schedule for the training.
- The basic training measures are responsible for building the foundations or refreshing existing skills.
- The in-depth phase builds on the basic training measures. After deciding on the areas in which the participants need to extend their knowledge, the appropriate courses and workshops are selected.
- Coaching and consulting, which allow the participants to put their newly acquired knowledge into practice immediately, can be incorporated into any of the phases of the project.
