Education & trainee program

Trivadis motivates, encourages and expects employees to actively engage in ongoing training:

• All employees can attend internal Trivadis training courses, which are also open to external participants.
• Two “TechEvents” are staged each year. At these employee events, a wide range of workshops and lectures by internal and external speakers are hosted over the course of two days.
• Smaller, local one-day events are also held each year, which are structured in the same way as the group-wide TechEvents.
• External training partners help put together specific training paths for Trivadis employees, which incorporate not only technical training but also courses to enhance customer focus, interpersonal skills, job design, and presentation techniques.
• The Trivadis Technology Center (TTC) offers employees a hands-on approach to extending their technical expertise and keeping up-to-date with the latest developments. Various training and study programs enable competent career changers who are willing to learn to become technical experts.
• Each employee has an individual tailor-made training plan and is encouraged by the company to attend external training courses.

Apprentices & trainee program
From its earliest days, Trivadis has been committed to providing opportunities for apprentices. Each year, Trivadis helps two apprentices becoming system technicians.
Trivadis launched a trainee program in order to counteract the shortage of skilled IT labor expected in the next years. Nine out of last year’s ten trainees have been given permanent contracts and are already working on customer projects.
