The core themes at Trivadis

Trivadis groups its technological and professional skills into themed areas which are an essential feature for enterprises and their value added processes and which generate competitive advantages in today's market. This allows Trivadis and its solutions to make a significant contribution to the success of its customers.

Enterprise Business Communication

Many enterprises do not yet make use of systems for the recognition and standardized presentation of documents, which can give them an important business advantage. Initiating a project to achieve this in existing heterogeneous system landscapes represents the ultimate challenge. As a service provider, Trivadis has the experience and the partners to meet this challenge. Our high level of competence in document analysis and output management systems enables us to develop new platforms for our customers and to solve the problem of the corporate-wide presentation of documents.

Master Data Management

The traceability and reliability of data are the essential issues for successful Business Intelligence (BI) projects. Master data is of crucial importance in this respect. This is the "data behind the data" which automatically defines, monitors and structures the available information. If data on a variety of systems is to be used effectively and exchanged across different platforms, for example, in transactions or reports, the master data on these systems must always be fully up-to-date. Trivadis has extensive experience of master data management (MDM) projects. We can work quickly and flexibly to develop MDM solutions based on tried-and-tested solution components and best practices, which enterprises can use to ensure the success of their BI projects.

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) & Service Engineering

SOA is a method for standardizing information systems whilst increasing their flexibility and cutting costs. The continued use of existing systems via standardized interfaces, the flexible design of executable processes and the introduction of "ready-made" composite applications reduce the costs of developing and operating a solution. The essential requirements are a sensible, pragmatic, non-proprietary SOA model for the enterprise, carefully engineered services, intelligent modeling of business processes and the choice of the appropriate products. Our specialists and architects can help enterprises to design customized SOA-based solutions which can be integrated seamlessly into their existing application landscape.

Identity & Access Management

The products and services supplied by many companies are growing and changing rapidly. The IT landscape forms the backbone of a successful range of products and services. These landscapes are also constantly changing at the same pace as the laws of the market. However, one consistent feature is the need of users, administrators and IT managers for standardized identities for faster system logins, more efficient access management of IT resources and traceable user activities. Identity and access management represents the interface between the fast-changing market and the need for consistency and standards. Factors such as single sign on, card management, provisioning and workflows reduce the complexity of processes and increase acceptance amongst end users and administrators. We offer customers end-to-end IAM solutions. They benefit from our competence and from the interaction between the areas of Security, Application Development, Infrastructure Managed Services, Training and Core Technologies. The technical, process-related and organizational implementation of IAM projects involves a consistent focus on the 4 As of identity and access management: authentication, authorization, administration and auditing.

Multisourcing

The demands for IT service quality, adaptability and scalability are continuing to grow, with the additional requirement that these features must not result in increased costs. More and more enterprises are focusing on their core competencies and choosing professional service providers as engineering and innovation partners to take responsibility for areas which do not form part of their core processes. These partners are responsible for ensuring the availability of the service in collaboration with existing internal resources. The requirement to "do more with less" whilst ensuring that costs remain transparent demands intelligent IT sourcing strategies. These ensure that the necessary flexible and requirements-based skills are available from one sourcing partner, so that the enterprise's own business strategy can be implemented. The granularity of the innovation partnership ranges from "pay-per-use" models to the transfer of full responsibility for the operation of selected components or processes. In cases of this kind, successful IT service providers must be innovative in order to accommodate changes in the customers' systems and processes and to adapt the operation of the systems to new circumstances on an ongoing basis. The decisive factors for success include close cooperation, transparent cost models and, in particular, the flexibility and innovative ability of the IT service providers. Trivadis has demonstrated in numerous projects that it meets all these requirements.
