Trivadis is a self-financed company with no external capital or investors. Its legal form is that of a private limited company. Trivadis is trading at a profit and its shares are owned by Trivadis employees. The majority shareholding belongs to the Partner Organization, which also consists of Trivadis employees. The objective of the Partner Organization is to strengthen the links between the company and its long-term employees. The partners have a strong commitment to the company's cultural values. The Trivadis group’s strategy is to continue to operate without external capital and investors. As Trivadis sees it, this organizational and ownership structure forms the basis for a high employee retention rate and for high quality standards. It also ensures the long-term independence and flexibility of the Trivadis management team.
The Trivadis group is organized in a holding structure. All the subsidiaries in the group are fully owned by the holding organization.
