Trivadis corporate values
Trivadis has a system of values which defines how employees interact with colleagues and customers. The core values in the system are: networking, curiosity, individual space, initiative and community.
Networking – active exchange of know-how
Trivadis has efficient internal and external networks at its disposal, providing our staff with platforms for the active exchange of know-how. The employees cultivate these networks openly and directly, combining them for all around added value. The networks bring together customers, partners, trendsetters, educational institutions and analysts. This web in turn provides customers with access to a broad base of knowledge.
Curiosity – innovation for the customer
Trivadis employees approach new problems with curiosity and openness. They actively seek new and better solutions. The technology center functions here as the engine of technological innovation. The compiled knowledge is passed along to the employees, thereby flowing directly into ongoing customer projects where the new insights are quickly implemented to the benefit of the customer. Knowledge transfer plays a vital role in Trivadis’ corporate culture. A diverse array of events and presentations is held to enable the technology and design skills gained from project and research work to be shared with other colleagues. On every project, a pool of over 425 specialists is at the customer‘s disposal to provide input on specific issues.
